Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SAP consulting organization seeking career changers from accounting and controlling backgrounds to transition into SAP consulting roles. This position offers a structured pathway for finance professionals to leverage their domain expertise in enterprise software.

In this role, you will:

• Bridge business requirements with SAP S/4HANA capabilities, designing intelligent processes that drive efficiency and create capacity for innovation
• Support transformation projects for mid-sized and enterprise clients across healthcare, media, logistics, and retail sectors
• Independently conceptualize process and IT solutions using SAP standard functionality or custom development approaches
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and developers to implement solutions at client sites
• Receive individualized training and mentorship to develop your SAP consulting expertise, regardless of your starting technical level

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in business, finance, IT, or related field, or comparable vocational qualification with relevant professional experience
• Practical hands-on experience using SAP systems in an accounting or controlling capacity
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business scenarios and apply methodical, results-oriented approaches
• Professional presence with excellent communication abilities
• High motivation to learn new technologies and expand your technical skillset
• Fluent German and solid English language skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for projects, with focus on the Hamburg region
