QA Software Test Automation Engineers (Java)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential software organization seeking several QA Software Test Automation Engineers with strong Java expertise. This is a fully remote position where you'll work alongside experienced specialists in a collaborative environment, focusing on test automation framework development and expanding test coverage across functional and performance suites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software products
li>Translate business requirements into technical testing requirements
• Enhance software delivery and quality throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle
• Perform automated functional and performance testing
• Design and develop test automation frameworks, implement required libraries, and conduct automated tests
• Maintain CI pipelines and integrate automated scripts into CI tools
• Manage testing issues and drive resolutions throughout the testing process
• Actively participate in both Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle activities

What We're Looking For

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation (functional GUI and API)
• Practical hands-on experience with Java-based automation testing frameworks (Playwright, REST Assured, or similar mobile automation tools) - this is essential
• Experience writing queries for both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Background in agile software development methodologies and testing procedures
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and achieving optimal results
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
