Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential robotics organization seeking a Project System Engineer based in Lille, France. In this role, you will:
- Serve as the technical right-hand to project managers throughout deployment projects
- Act as the primary interface between engineering design teams and field installation teams
- Verify alignment between proposed technical solutions and client requirements
- Maintain technical ownership throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through final delivery
- Function as the preferred technical point of contact for clients
- Provide consultative guidance to clients to optimize their logistics operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during both study phases and installation phases
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree (BAC +5) with specialization in robotics, mechatronics, or supply chain preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical project role
- Ability to shift seamlessly between high-level project oversight and deep technical problem-solving
- Fluent English language skills
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Willingness to travel within France and Europe up to 50% of the time
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong team collaboration skills
