Project Manager (Rollouts Team)

About the Role

As our Rollouts Project Manager, you'll own the planning, execution, and delivery of system rollouts from conception through production. You'll coordinate across engineering, operations, and stakeholder teams to ensure smooth launches while maintaining rigorous quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Mountain View, Catawba County—ideal for someone who thrives managing multiple concurrent initiatives and navigating the complexities of large-scale deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule rollout timelines, identifying dependencies and potential blockers before they impact delivery
• Coordinate communication between engineering, operations, and leadership teams to keep all stakeholders informed
• Monitor rollout progress in real time, track metrics, and escalate issues with clear solutions
• Maintain detailed documentation of rollout procedures, decision logs, and post-deployment retrospectives
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce deployment risk
• Support pre-launch testing, validation phases, and cutover planning

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing technical projects, system deployments, or infrastructure rollouts
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy
• Comfortable working under pressure and making sound decisions with incomplete information
• Excellent communication skills; you translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Attention to detail and a commitment to thorough follow-through on commitments
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
