Training Specialist (Operations)

Valeris is seeking a full-time Training Specialist (Operations) based in Jeffersonville, Clark County to develop and deliver essential training programs that drive operational excellence across our organization.

About the Role

As Training Specialist (Operations), you'll play a central role in building organizational capability and ensuring our teams have the knowledge and skills needed to execute flawlessly. Working within our operations team, you'll design, develop, and implement training initiatives that support business growth and enhance employee performance across functions.

What You'll Do

• Create and deliver training programs on operational processes, compliance requirements, and company systems
• Assess training needs through consultation with operations leadership and frontline teams
• Develop training materials including documentation, presentations, and hands-on guides
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing professional development for operations staff
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Stay current with industry best practices and evolving operational standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing and delivering workplace training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
