About the Role
As a Master Technician Mechanic specializing in BMW vehicles, you'll diagnose and repair luxury German automobiles with precision and expertise. You'll work on complex electrical, mechanical, and performance systems where your technical mastery directly drives customer satisfaction and career advancement.
What You'll Do
- Execute comprehensive diagnostic and repair work on BMW models, from routine service to complex system failures
- Perform warranty and customer repairs while meeting OEM specifications and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and climate control systems
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and software to identify root causes efficiently
- Document all repairs accurately in service management platforms
- Communicate technical findings and timelines clearly to service advisors and vehicle owners
- Maintain workspace organization and strict adherence to safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Master Technician certification or equivalent BMW training with hands-on field experience
- Demonstrated expertise diagnosing and repairing BMW powertrains and electrical systems
- Proficiency with OEM diagnostic scan tools and dealer-level software platforms
- ASE certification or ability to obtain relevant certifications
- Methodical problem-solving and attention to technical detail
- Strong communication skills and collaborative work style
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
