About the Role
We're seeking an experienced BMW Master Technician Mechanic who combines deep technical expertise with a commitment to excellence. You'll diagnose and repair complex BMW systems, lead diagnostic procedures, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining the highest service standards for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on BMW vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension systems
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and BMW-specific tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Execute repairs following BMW technical specifications and manufacturer guidelines
- Mentor and train technicians on diagnostic techniques and repair procedures
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers and service advisors
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work performed
- Stay current with BMW technical updates and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
- Master-level certification in automotive repair, preferably with BMW-specific credentials
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMW diagnostics and repair
- Expertise in German automotive systems and advanced electrical diagnostics
- Proficiency with BMW diagnostic software and computer-based service tools
