Project Manager & Functional Consultant

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization that specializes in enterprise automation solutions. They're expanding their presence across German-speaking markets and are looking for a skilled professional who can bridge technology and business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex implementations that directly impact operational efficiency for global enterprises.

This is a full-time position based remotely in Germany, with occasional travel to the company's central European office for collaboration and team sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise automation solutions, managing the complete delivery cycle from requirements gathering through go-live and optimization
• Design scalable solutions that align automation capabilities with client workflows and business objectives
• Partner with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful integration with existing enterprise systems
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop implementation plans and adoption strategies tailored to customer needs
• Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancement recommendations
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different organizational functions
• Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to juggle competing priorities
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Fluency in both German and English with strong presentation skills and confidence working with native-speaking clients
• Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
• Customer-focused approach with emphasis on delivering measurable business value
• Experience with ERP systems or enterprise SaaS implementations is highly valued
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is a significant advantage
