Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join their customer success team in Munich. In this role, you will partner with technical account teams to drive security and data resilience outcomes for enterprise clients.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Engaging customers on security-related architectures, risk assessments, and platform design across cloud and hybrid environments
- Conducting readiness checks and leading data modeling exercises to validate solution designs and accelerate decision-making
- Monitoring attack surfaces, vulnerabilities, and maturity scoring; tracking telemetry signals and reporting trends to stakeholders
- Validating technical designs to reduce adoption risk and accelerate time to value for clients
- Identifying expansion opportunities by reviewing consumption trends and scheduling checkpoint reviews with account teams
- Leading risk, status, and opportunity discussions with CISO and CIO stakeholders, synthesizing insights from account health reviews
- Supporting account executives on security- and AI-driven expansion motions while influencing product roadmap priorities
- Operating as a pooled technical resource covering Enterprise and Commercial accounts, typically supporting 6–8 customer success engineers
What We're Looking For
Our client needs a technical architect with deep cybersecurity expertise and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate brings:
- 5+ years of experience in engineering architecture for cybersecurity-related products (Security Engineer/Architect, Cloud Solution Architect, MLOps/ML Engineer, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent
- Expertise in data security and governance, including DSPM/DLP; familiarity with AI/ML architectures
- Demonstrated ability to engage CISO/CIO stakeholders on risk, resilience, and modernization roadmaps
- Deep expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS; Azure experience also highly relevant
- Hands-on experience with solution design, proof-of-concepts, telemetry monitoring, and maturity modeling frameworks
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency in German and English
