Senior Solutions Architect – EMEA / DACH (German Speaking)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential secure software solutions company seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Professional Services team. This remote position serves the EMEA/DACH region and requires fluency in German. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to lead technical implementations and drive adoption of hardened, production-ready open source software solutions.

As the primary technical contact during implementation and onboarding, you'll ensure customers successfully integrate secure container and Kubernetes-based solutions into their development workflows. You'll collaborate closely with account teams and product engineering to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations of secure container solutions, helping customers build safely with open source software across their organizations
• Partner with account executives, solution engineers, customer success managers, and support teams to understand customer requirements, pain points, and drive account-level strategies
• Act as "customer zero" by testing solutions, documenting processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements and inform prioritization decisions
• Maintain account-level architecture documentation and share best practices across the organization
• Contribute to team learning by collaborating, teaching, and learning from colleagues
• Travel up to 15% of the time to meet with customers and attend team events

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications with strong expertise in Kubernetes and containers
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of software development processes, practices, and engineering design concepts
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners
• Continuous learner with intellectual drive for excellence and solving complex problems
• Fluency in German is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time within EMEA/DACH region
