Project Leadership – Mid/Large- (clinical trials) – Homebased – (future needs)

Parexel is hiring a full-time Project Leadership professional at our Carson City location. We're seeking an experienced leader to drive success across mid to large-scale clinical trial projects, directly impacting the teams and clients we serve and ultimately the patients who benefit from our work.

About the Role

In this Project Leadership position, you'll be instrumental in orchestrating complex clinical research initiatives. As part of our Global Project Leadership organization, you'll manage critical timelines, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure our clinical trial projects deliver measurable results. This role sits at the intersection of strategic vision and hands-on execution, requiring someone who can elevate team performance while navigating the nuances of clinical research operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead mid to large-scale clinical trial projects from inception through completion
• Manage cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, operations, and client-facing staff
• Establish and monitor project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external clients and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout project lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methods and team capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing clinical trial or pharmaceutical research projects
• Strong leadership background with experience directing diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
• Deep understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory pathways, and quality expectations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines, resources, and competing priorities
• Project management certification or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Strategic mindset combined with meticulous attention to operational detail
