Role Overview

As a Project Leadership professional within our Biotech Division, you'll oversee clinical trial projects with a focus on dermatological research. You'll be a key member of our Global Project Leadership function, ensuring that projects progress smoothly, teams stay aligned, and client objectives are consistently met. This position offers meaningful opportunity to advance clinical research and bring innovative treatments to market while benefiting patients worldwide.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical trial project initiatives from planning through completion
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency
• Monitor project performance against established metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols, regulatory requirements, and Parexel standards
• Facilitate problem-solving and risk management to keep projects on track
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in project leadership, preferably within biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical trial environments
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams across multiple departments and organizations
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
