Bento Nouveau is hiring a Food Production Supervisor for full-time, night and swing shift work at our Anaheim food production facility in Orange County, California. About the Role
As a Food Production Supervisor at Bento Nouveau, you'll oversee day-to-day production operations during night and swing shifts. You'll be responsible for maintaining food safety standards, coordinating team performance, and ensuring timely completion of production targets. This position offers the chance to develop your supervisory leadership in a regulated, fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate production team activities during assigned shifts
- Monitor food safety compliance and maintain sanitation standards throughout the facility
- Track production schedules and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Conduct quality assurance checks on finished products
- Communicate production updates and operational needs to management
- Support training and skill development for production staff members
- Maintain accurate production records and operational documentation
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food production or manufacturing
- Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work night shifts, swing shifts, or rotating schedules consistently
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail with commitment to quality standards
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and work effectively with diverse teams
