Produktmanager Managed Services – Cloud & Infrastructure (m/w/d) – Remote

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT services organization seeking a Product Manager for Managed Services with a focus on Cloud & Infrastructure. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing and evolving a comprehensive service portfolio that bridges customer needs, sales objectives, and operational delivery.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing the lifecycle and continuous development of cloud and infrastructure service offerings, evaluating new service concepts based on customer value, market potential, deliverability, and profitability
• Designing, calculating, and optimizing market-ready managed services, including detailed service descriptions and sales-enabling materials
• Supporting sales and marketing teams in positioning services, executing go-to-market activities, and developing customer proposals
• Collaborating closely with delivery teams, sales, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful service implementation
• Analyzing market trends, technology developments, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and guide portfolio evolution

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a professional who can translate technical requirements into customer-focused, economically viable, and sales-ready service offerings. The ideal candidate brings:

• Proven experience in developing and managing managed services or IT service offerings, ideally in product, solution, or service management roles
• Strong ability to bridge technical complexity with business value and commercial viability
• Experience with service costing and a solid understanding of pricing strategies and profitability metrics
• Deep technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, data center technologies, and infrastructure solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in German is required for this position
