Production Operators for Medical Device

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking skilled Production Operators for Medical Device manufacturing at our facility in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County. This is a full-time position where you'll play a vital role in producing life-saving medical components for patients worldwide.

About the Role

As a Production Operator at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, you'll operate and monitor precision manufacturing equipment in a controlled environment where quality is non-negotiable. Working alongside a lean manufacturing culture, you'll help ensure every component meets rigorous medical device standards while continuously improving our processes for efficiency and safety.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment according to established specifications and standard operating procedures
• Perform quality inspections on finished components to ensure compliance with medical device standards and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and traceability logs for regulatory compliance
• Identify and report equipment issues or process deviations to supervisors and contribute to problem-solving initiatives
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Participate in lean manufacturing continuous improvement activities
• Support changeovers and setup of production lines between production runs

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Manufacturing or production operations experience, preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work scheduled shifts
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
