About the Role

Working onsite in Grand Central, Manhattan, you will oversee facilities operations across a defined region, acting as a trusted point of leadership for a dedicated client account while drawing on CBRE's deep regional and global resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities management across multiple sites within your assigned region.
• Serve as a dedicated account leader, championing a client-centric approach to integrated real estate solutions.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor relationships, and service delivery to keep workplaces safe, efficient, and productive.
• Partner with regional and global teams to align facilities strategy with each client's operational goals.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency and reduce cost.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all managed properties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities or property management, ideally across a portfolio or multi-site region.
