Responsibilities

  • Run continuous experimentation cycles: form hypotheses, write specifications, launch tests, analyze results, and make ship-or-kill decisions

  • Collaborate with design and engineering to spec and deliver a focused set of features, taking full accountability for outcomes
  • Communicate experiment results and insights clearly across the organization to enable data-informed decision-making
  • Leverage AI tools strategically in your workflow to increase velocity and effectiveness

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience, including work on consumer mobile applications at scale
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in product analytics, A/B testing, and statistical reasoning
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and track metrics that drive business outcomes
  • Proven track record of independent, proactive work with concrete examples of features you've shipped and their impact
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams including design and engineering
  • Commitment to simple, intuitive user experiences and attention to detail in product quality
  • Persistence in tackling complex problems through to resolution
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and thoughtful perspective on AI in product operations
