Product Manager, Orchestrator

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in their search for a Product Manager to lead their orchestration platform. This is a product leadership role focused on building complex, enterprise-grade automation solutions that connect GTM systems and drive real business outcomes.

The product you'll own acts as an intelligent control layer that detects signals across multiple tools, applies decisioning logic, and triggers automated actions. Think form abandonments, meeting no-shows, ICP qualification checks, account ownership routing, and automated enrollment in sales engagement platforms. This is not traditional roadmap management—it's product leadership for someone who turns market evidence into focused product bets that customers actually adopt and use.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end-to-end: from market evidence and customer research through adoption metrics, iteration, and long-term business impact
• Define target audiences for each product initiative and maintain focus as new requests and edge cases emerge
• Identify high-value problems and translate signal detection, decision logic, and action-taking workflows into clear product direction
• Establish value propositions, viability assessments, priorities, and success metrics including first-adoption triggers
• Monitor post-launch adoption and usage patterns, then apply learnings to improve the product and inform future direction
• Maintain coherence across signal types, decision logic, and external integrations as the system scales
• Partner with Product Design on user experience, onboarding paths, and product enablement
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on technically sound, deliverable solutions
• Make clear prioritization decisions in complex, ambiguous situations
• Hold high quality standards—only ship what you'd want to use yourself

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Senior-level experience managing complex B2B SaaS products with clear ownership of a product area or major initiatives
• Strong product judgment with ability to identify problems worth solving and make informed tradeoffs in ambiguous environments
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in product work, with judgment about where AI genuinely improves experiences
• Ability to simplify complexity and turn customer evidence, data, and technical constraints into clear decisions
• Deep curiosity about users and markets; habit of building conviction through direct evidence
• Comfort in technical domains and credibility with technical users and engineering partners
• Bias toward focus and shipping narrow to learn quickly
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners in fast-moving environments
• Drive to build products that solve real problems and get adopted, not just shipped

Preferred experience:

• Building or owning third-party integrations, especially with CRM, sales engagement, or conferencing platforms
• Lead routing, distribution, or assignment logic
• CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Enterprise-grade, data-rich SaaS products
• Building or shipping with Claude or similar AI products
