Product Lead – AI Stockbroking

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization expanding its AI-driven investment platform across multiple markets. Our client is seeking a Product Lead to own critical product areas within their stockbroking technology. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, requiring office presence at least 3 days per week.

Our talent team is looking for a builder who understands users, defines product direction, collaborates with engineering and design, and launches fast while iterating post-release. You'll be joining a global team working on next-generation financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas across investment platforms, financial services, and trading technology
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams to deliver solutions
• Transform complex financial products into simple, intuitive customer journeys
• Leverage data, feedback, research and production insights to inform product decisions
• Launch features, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous iterations
• Balance trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance requirements and operational complexity

What We're Looking For

• Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator or similar role
• Strong product sense and demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows
• Proven ability to work effectively with engineers and designers to ship production-ready products
• Comfortable working with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post-launch analysis
• Excellent writing, prioritization and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mentality with ability to drive work with limited guidance
• Experience in fintech, payments, consumer applications or high-growth products is strongly preferred
• Strong English communication skills required
