IT Administrator

Responsibilities

We are representing a growing organization that needs a practical and proactive IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT systems, support employees with technical issues, and help maintain and improve their business software infrastructure.

This is not purely a helpdesk position. Our client is looking for someone who can understand business processes, identify where systems can be improved, implement automations and integrations, and take ownership of the company's overall IT environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering the company's Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk and other Zoho applications used across the business
• Managing business systems and integrations to streamline workflows
• Handling general IT administration tasks across the organization
• Maintaining IT security protocols and best practices
• Providing technical support to employees
• Implementing automations and process improvements
• Managing user accounts, permissions and cloud applications
• Documenting systems and processes properly

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, IT Support or similar role
• Practical experience using and administering Zoho applications
• Good understanding of Zoho CRM configuration and workflows
• Experience supporting Windows computers
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi and basic IT infrastructure
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions and cloud applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data imports, exports and spreadsheets
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical employees
• Organized with strong documentation skills
