Product Lead – AI Stockbroking

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Product Lead - AI Stockbroking to join their remote team. Our client is building next-generation financial products across Southeast Asia, and this role will focus on AI-powered investing solutions.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive specific product areas within an AI-driven stockbroking platform
• Define user problems, establish product scope, set success metrics, and develop roadmaps and launch plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams
• Translate complex financial products into simple, intuitive customer experiences
• Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production insights to inform product decisions
• Launch features, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous iteration
• Balance trade-offs between speed to market, user experience, business impact, regulatory compliance, and operational complexity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or in a similar product-focused role
• Strong product intuition and ability to simplify complex workflows
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and designers to ship production-ready products
• Comfortable working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analytics
• Excellent written communication, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
• High degree of ownership and ability to drive work with minimal direction
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth products strongly preferred
• Strong English communication skills required for working with global teams
• Must be currently based in the Philippines
