Product Lead – AI Neobank App

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is redefining how consumers interact with financial services through AI-powered mobile applications. Our talent team is seeking a Product Lead to shape and drive major product areas within their digital banking platform.

This is a senior product role for builders who can own direction, execution, product quality, and outcomes across multiple workstreams. You'll guide cross-functional teams toward clear execution while balancing strategy, user experience, data, engineering, and business requirements.

Location: Germany (remote, must be based in Germany)
Language: English is the primary working language

Responsibilities

• Lead product direction for major features and capabilities within a consumer financial services application
• Define priorities, roadmap, product standards, and success metrics across multiple features or squads
• Guide Product Managers, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear, effective execution
• Work across financial service verticals including payments, savings, and related consumer products
• Turn regulatory, operational, and business constraints into practical product decisions
• Drive launch quality, post-launch learning, and continuous improvement cycles
• Help build a product culture focused on speed, clarity, user value, and honest measurement

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just individual features
• Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes simultaneously
• Strong judgment on prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing
• Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional squads (strongly preferred)
• Comfortable operating in high ambiguity, fast-changing environments with senior stakeholder pressure
• Ability to simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
• Experience in fintech, payments, consumer apps, or regulated products (strongly preferred)
• Can set direction while going deep into product details when needed
• Pushes teams to move faster without compromising product quality
• Knows when to simplify, when to scale, and when to say no
• Strong English communication skills required
