Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing fintech client seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX) based in Germany. This is a remote position for someone who excels at transforming complex financial workflows into elegant, user-centered experiences.

Our client operates a digital financial services platform serving millions of users. You'll be designing end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web, working closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-quality interfaces that feel intuitive and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Design complete product experiences from initial concept through production launch
• Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
• Create intuitive experiences for financial products including insurance, payments, claims, and investment tools
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI component libraries
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Improve usability through rapid iteration based on product data and user feedback
• Maintain consistency across all mobile and web touchpoints
• Continuously refine interactions, accessibility, and overall product quality

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in fintech or consumer-facing applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design execution
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles
• Strong grasp of information architecture and user flow mapping
• Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences
• Experience working collaboratively with engineers and product managers in agile environments
• Strong English communication skills for working with global teams
• You must be currently based in Germany and authorized to work there
• Portfolio submission is required
