We are representing a confidential GenAI cloud infrastructure organization in their search for a Product Designer to join their growing team on a remote basis.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for features within your team's area, from initial framing through final delivery
- Partner with product and engineering teams to scope, iterate, and ship solutions that meet user and business goals
- Contribute to the organization's design system and maintain pattern consistency across the product
- Run discovery processes: sketch, prototype, and test concepts with users to validate ideas before development
- Write clear design specifications, hand off cleanly to engineering, and support implementation through launch
- Identify edge cases, accessibility issues, and design debt that impact user outcomes
- Provide informal mentorship to junior designers on the team
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience designing web-based or similar digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped work
- Strong UX fundamentals and clean visual craft including typography, interaction design, and motion
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and align different stakeholder groups around common goals
- Data-informed approach to design decisions
- Clear communication skills in both writing and design reviews
- Passion for AI and emerging technology is valued
