About the Role

As a senior consultant specializing in process mining within the energy and chemicals sector, you'll partner with client leadership to uncover hidden process bottlenecks, quantify performance gaps, and design pathways to operational excellence. Your deep analytical capabilities will translate complex business challenges into data-driven recommendations that accelerate execution and unlock measurable value across mission-critical workflows.

What You'll Do

• Lead process mining engagements for enterprise clients, extracting and analyzing event log data to reveal process behavior, variance, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to define process improvement objectives, baseline current-state performance, and prioritize high-impact transformation initiatives
• Synthesize process intelligence into clear visual narratives and executive presentations that support strategic decision-making and organizational change
• Design and support implementation of process optimization solutions, from redesign recommendations through pilot validation
• Mentor junior team members and contribute thought leadership on process mining methodologies and best practices within the energy and chemicals industry

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise in process mining tools, techniques, and statistical analysis methods
• Demonstrated success leading complex consulting engagements with C-suite and operational stakeholders
• Strong background in business process management, operational efficiency, or continuous improvement within energy, chemicals, or related industrial sectors
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and translating technical findings into business impact
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, analytics, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
