Pro Tem Faculty, Operations and Business Analytics (Lundquist College of Business) – Open Pool

The University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business seeks part-time faculty instructors and professors of practice to teach operations and business analytics courses. This pro tem position is based in Eugene, Lane County, and operates on a nine-month academic calendar.

What You'll Do

• Teach operations and business analytics courses across undergraduate and graduate programs
• Develop and deliver engaging course content aligned with business school standards
• Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback on coursework and projects
• Mentor students and support their academic and professional development
• Collaborate with faculty colleagues on curriculum and instructional initiatives
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in operations and analytics

What We're Looking For

• Current CV or résumé demonstrating relevant teaching and/or professional experience in operations management or business analytics
• Master's degree or equivalent advanced credential in business administration, operations management, analytics, or related field
• Teaching experience or demonstrated expertise in instructional delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with contemporary tools, methodologies, and applications in operations and analytics
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering an inclusive classroom environment
