Principal Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial technology organization in their search for a Principal Product Manager to join their team on a fully remote basis within the UK. Our client is a leader in enterprise software solutions serving the banking sector, and this role offers the opportunity to drive product strategy for mission-critical features used by financial institutions globally.

As their recruiting partner, Get A Job.ai is seeking an experienced product leader who can own roadmaps, mentor junior team members, and represent product vision across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmaps and identify the highest priority problems to solve, influencing strategic direction based on your expertise
• Validate roadmaps with customers and advance planning using research from junior product team members
• Represent product vision and voice of customer in planning sessions with Design and Engineering teams
• Challenge technical approaches to ensure the best solutions are pursued
• Participate in key milestones including sprint reviews and weekly demos
• Lead customer-facing early adopter conversations and develop strategic launch plans with cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior product team members on interpreting success metrics and building customer awareness
• Lead customer conversations across all segments about product value, vision, and roadmap
• Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product decision-making and identify customer behavior patterns
• Apply AI-powered analytics to validate product assumptions and track adoption
• Collaborate with engineering to explore and integrate AI/ML features that enhance customer experience

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience presenting to multiple organizational layers, including executives
• Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies
• Experience participating in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
• Track record of gathering and transforming product feedback into actionable requirements
• Experience with loan origination software/technology and commercial onboarding, CLM, or KYB/KYC compliance technology
• Familiarity with EMEA regulatory landscape (UK MLR, AMLR 2027)
• Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%)

Desired:

• Advanced knowledge of Agile principles
• Advanced knowledge of commercial, small business banking, treasury, or consumer banking space in relation to both processes and regulations

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £71,100—£120,900 GBP based on experience, qualifications, and alignment with role requirements.
