Deloitte is seeking a strategic, commercially minded leader to join our Customer practice as a Senior Manager in Pricing and Sales Strategy, based in an international setting within King County. In this Strategy, Growth, and Transformation role, you will help organizations sharpen how they price, sell, and grow.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Pricing and Sales Strategy within Deloitte's Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will partner with clients to design and execute pricing models and go-to-market strategies that unlock measurable value. Our Customer practice blends innovative strategy, advanced analytics, Generative AI, and human-centered design to help organizations forge stronger, more durable relationships with the people they serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape pricing and sales strategies that help clients capture and sustain customer value across their commercial portfolios.
  • Apply advanced analytics and Generative AI to surface insights that inform growth and transformation decisions.
  • Lead engagement teams, guiding the delivery of high-impact recommendations from concept through implementation.
  • Cultivate trusted client relationships and contribute to business development and practice growth.
  • Translate complex commercial challenges into clear, design-led solutions that elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, sales strategy, or commercial transformation within a consulting or comparable environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships on complex engagements.
  • Strong analytical fluency, including familiarity with advanced analytics and emerging Generative AI applications.
  • Experience driving growth, customer value creation, and end-to-end transformation initiatives.
  • Willingness to work on-site as this is a full-time, non-remote position.
