Holly Poultry
Holly Poultry, through its division State Street Poultry & Provisions, is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Associate to join our Baltimore-based team. This is a full-time position serving our growing customer base across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
About the Role
For over 60 years, we've been a trusted poultry supplier to Baltimore and the surrounding region, serving everyone from independent grocery stores to major restaurant chains. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be the voice of our company—managing customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and building relationships that keep our business moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications in both English and Spanish
- Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow up on outstanding matters
- Support sales efforts by responding to product inquiries and providing guidance
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, order processing, or similar roles (preferred)
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software tools
- Reliable, professional demeanor and commitment to service excellence
- High school diploma or equivalent
