What You'll Do
- Deliver evidence-based family interventions and coaching in homes and community settings
- Build trusting relationships with youth and parents, modeling healthy behaviors and coping strategies
- Assess family strengths, challenges, and goals; develop and implement individualized support plans
- Teach practical skills in emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and family communication
- Track progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with supervisors and partner agencies
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization

- Demonstrated experience supporting families or youth in a professional or paraprofessional capacity
- Strong communication skills and genuine ability to connect across diverse backgrounds
- Reliability, patience, and commitment to showing up for families consistently
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate complex family dynamics
- Willingness to work flexibly to meet families where they are—in their homes and communities
- Relevant licensure, certification, or professional training preferred
