Position Summary
You'll drive the strategic development and expansion of the Water and Wastewater Engineering practice across Oklahoma. This leadership role combines hands-on engineering project management with business development and team building, positioning you to shape the practice's future direction while overseeing revenue growth and client satisfaction throughout the Oklahoma City market and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives to expand the water and wastewater practice's market presence and client base
- Manage and mentor a growing team of engineers, technicians, and support staff
- Oversee project delivery, quality assurance, and client relationships on key water and wastewater engineering engagements
- Identify new service opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share in water infrastructure
- Contribute directly to select engineering projects while building capacity for others to lead their own assignments
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless project execution and resource allocation
What You Bring
- Proven experience in water or wastewater engineering with a strong track record of successful project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a culture of excellence and professional growth
- Strong business acumen and documented success in business development or client development
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to identify and pursue new growth opportunities
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in a relevant discipline
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities
