About the Role
As our Northeast Aviation Market Leader, you will own the strategic direction and execution of aviation services across the Northeast. You'll have the opportunity to establish RS&H as a leading player in the region's aviation market, build a high-performing team, and create sustainable competitive advantage through operational excellence and client-focused solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead business development initiatives to capture market share and establish RS&H's presence in the Northeast aviation sector
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of professionals to meet regional objectives and service delivery goals
- Develop and execute strategic plans that expand the company's aviation portfolio and brand recognition
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth and profitability while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency
- Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to position RS&H for long-term success
