Tungsten Automation is hiring a Social Media Manager for our office in Irvine, Orange County. This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications, where you'll own the strategy and execution of our social media presence across all platforms.

You'll blend strategic planning with hands-on execution, developing and launching organic and paid social campaigns that strengthen our brand, engage our audience, and drive business objectives. This role requires someone who can balance big-picture thinking with tactical excellence—someone who understands both the cultural impact of what we share and the measurable results we need to achieve.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Create, curate, and publish original content that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our target audience
• Manage both organic social initiatives and paid social campaigns, optimizing performance and ROI
• Build campaigns that amplify company culture, strengthen internal alignment, and drive employee and customer engagement
• Monitor social conversations, respond to audience inquiries, and manage community relationships
• Analyze metrics and performance data to refine strategy and demonstrate business impact
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and leadership teams on integrated campaigns
• Stay current with social media trends, platform changes, and best practices in the industry

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience managing social media for B2B companies or organizations
• Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and results
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms
• Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and paid social advertising
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills across departments
• Creative problem-solver who stays adaptable in a fast-moving digital landscape
• Passion for building community and driving meaningful engagement
