Custodian

PRIDE Industries, Inc. is hiring a Custodian to join our team in Malibu, Los Angeles County. In this full-time position, you'll maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities while supporting our commitment to creating meaningful employment opportunities and delivering quality services throughout Southern California.

About This Position

As a Custodian with PRIDE Industries, Inc., you'll play a key role in maintaining professional facility standards that reflect our organization's values. This is an on-site role at $20.36 per hour, ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and well-maintained. You'll work independently and collaboratively to ensure our workspaces meet cleanliness and safety expectations every day.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize building interiors, including offices, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as restocking supplies and managing waste disposal
• Maintain building grounds and exterior areas as assigned
• Operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
• Follow established safety, health, and sanitation protocols
• Report maintenance issues and equipment problems to supervisors promptly
• Adapt to facility needs and work flexible hours as required

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfort using standard cleaning equipment and following safety procedures
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
