The Opportunity

As a Service Coordinator at Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago, you'll work within our Family Connections program, a vital early intervention service that helps infants and toddlers reach their full developmental potential. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule early intervention services for enrolled families
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to family services and progress
• Communicate regularly with families to understand their needs and developmental goals
• Assist in connecting families with appropriate community resources and support services
• Support clinical staff and service providers in delivering quality interventions
• Help facilitate family engagement in their child's individualized service plans

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work professionally with diverse families and backgrounds
• Reliable transportation to serve families in Evergreen Park and surrounding areas
