About the Role

This full-time position focuses on creating, planning, and delivering comprehensive onboarding and training initiatives across the organization. You'll build engaging learning experiences that meet diverse learner needs and ensure every employee gains the knowledge required to succeed in their role.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute onboarding training programs for organization-wide audiences, tailored to meet specific learning objectives
• Develop interactive and engaging learning experiences across multiple formats, including eLearning modules, instructional videos, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and in-person instructor-led training (ILT)
• Create varied learning materials and job aids, such as infographics, quick-reference guides, and instructional resources that support employee development
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously refine programs based on learner feedback and performance data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and align learning initiatives with organizational goals

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs or learning experiences
• Proficiency with instructional design principles and e-learning development tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex policies and procedures clearly
• Experience creating training content in multiple formats (video, digital, classroom-based)
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions
