What You'll Do

• Evaluate and diagnose patients across the lifespan, managing acute and chronic conditions common in family medicine
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and coordinate patient care with the broader healthcare team
• Build ongoing relationships with patients and families through continuity of care in the outpatient setting
• Perform clinical procedures and physical examinations appropriate to the primary care environment
• Maintain detailed, accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Contribute to clinic operations and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Valid Physician Assistant license and current state certification
• Education and training in family medicine, internal medicine, or closely related specialties
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills in a primary care setting
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
• Commitment to serving rural and underserved populations
• Recent graduates with relevant EMT, Paramedic, or Registered Nurse background are encouraged to apply
