Physical Therapist – New Graduate

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time New Graduate position in Rowlett, Dallas. This role is designed for newly licensed PTs who are ready to build their clinical foundation with mentorship, support, and a focus on evidence-based care. You'll work in a comprehensive rehabilitation setting across the Dallas-Fort Worth region, earning a competitive salary of $80,080.00 annually.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist on our team, you'll provide skilled therapy to patients across various diagnoses and functional limitations. This is an ideal entry point for new graduate Physical Therapists to develop advanced clinical skills, build confidence, and establish professional competencies in a supportive, quality-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess movement dysfunction and functional limitations
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice standards
• Deliver therapeutic interventions that restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve independence
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and home exercise programs
• Document clinical findings, progress, and treatment modifications in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or imminent degree completion
• Current Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility to take the NPTE
• Strong foundational clinical skills and genuine commitment to professional growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
