About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential recruiting and talent advisory organization seeking a motivated marketing and sales intern to join their team. This is a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) for a minimum of 6 months, based in Gelsenkirchen with a remote-first approach. You'll work on real projects involving campaign management, digital marketing, CRM processes, and AI-powered automation—not typical intern busywork.

Our client operates at the intersection of marketing, sales, customer relationship management, and modern digital workflows. As an intern, you'll contribute meaningfully to campaigns that make their services more visible and help them better understand their target audiences.

Responsibilities

Depending on your interests and strengths, you may work on:

• Landing page development: Support structure, headlines, value propositions, CTAs, and audience messaging
• Campaign content creation: Research topics, prepare content clusters, and help make messaging more relevant and understandable
• Target audience campaigns: Analyze which segments to reach, understand their needs, craft appropriate messaging, and implement campaigns yourself
• SEO and conversion optimization: Help prepare content that's both search-friendly and user-oriented
• Visual and presentation design: Develop simple graphics, landing page elements, or presentation concepts for campaigns
• Process automation with AI: Continuously optimize and automate marketing and sales processes using internal AI environments and external tools
• Sales and CRM support: Research target groups, prepare contact sequences, structure information, and clarify follow-up processes

What We're Looking For

You're a strong fit if you:

• Are currently studying business administration, marketing, communications, media, sales, or a comparable field
• Require a mandatory internship of at least 6 months (Pflichtpraktikum)
• Have genuine interest in marketing, content, sales, AI, and digital communication
• Enjoy researching, organizing information, and developing ideas
• Possess a good sense for language, target audiences, and visual communication
• Can work independently while still seeking team collaboration
• Are curious, reliable, and communicative
• Are excited to experiment with AI tools and digital workflows

You don't need to be perfect at everything—what matters most is that you think critically, ask questions, and want to try new approaches hands-on.
