As Payer Contracting Manager for Children's Health, you'll lead all aspects of assigned payer contracts and relationships. What You'll Do

• Direct contract management activities, including monitoring compliance, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to contractual terms
• Lead payer contract negotiations, developing proposals and securing favorable terms that support our financial and operational objectives
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with payer organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Resolve contract disputes and claims issues through effective communication, data analysis, and problem-solving
• Manage rate negotiations and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning in the children's health market
• Coordinate internally across clinical, financial, and operational teams to align contract deliverables with organizational capabilities and goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in payer contracting, healthcare contract management, or related roles within healthcare finance or operations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
• Ability to analyze contracts, financial data, and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and resolving conflicts effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare payer models, reimbursement structures, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a dynamic healthcare environment
