Role Overview

Agoda's Strategic Partnerships function creates customized solutions that generate measurable value for both Agoda and its external partners. As a Partner Programs Coordinator or Senior Coordinator based in Bangkok, you'll take ownership of critical operational workflows that keep these relationships running smoothly. You'll blend operational expertise with problem-solving acumen, working across teams to ensure partnership initiatives deliver real results.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for Agoda's strategic partnerships, ensuring campaigns launch on schedule and perform to plan
• Coordinate setup and ongoing monitoring of partner initiatives, maintaining quality and timeliness throughout execution
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify obstacles, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and refine processes for greater efficiency
• Apply analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to support organizational improvement projects and enhance delivery

What You Bring

• 0–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations management, or similar roles; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong Excel skills; SQL experience is valued
• Meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated ability to solve complex problems systematically
• Proven capacity to organize workload effectively and contribute positively to team environments
• Fluent English communication; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous
• Excellent people skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
