About the Role
As a Maintenance and Custodial Team Member at McDonald's, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of our restaurant facility, equipment, and grounds. Your work directly supports our daily operations and helps us uphold McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness that our guests expect every time they visit.
What You'll Do
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of all restaurant areas, including dining spaces, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior grounds
- Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure proper operation and address maintenance needs promptly
- Keep the building exterior and surrounding grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards as required by McDonald's and local regulations
- Report equipment issues and safety concerns to management immediately
- Support the overall cleanliness and functionality of the facility during your scheduled shifts
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning, lifting, and standing for extended periods
