Position Summary
Rocket Software is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to own high-value customer relationships and drive expansion within our Enterprise Suite portfolio. Your Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and close enterprise deals within assigned accounts and territories
- Develop consultative relationships with C-level and executive stakeholders
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and articulate tailored Enterprise Suite solutions
- Build and execute territory plans aligned with revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Track pipeline progression and forecast accurately across all sales cycles
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that expand market reach across the United States
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales or high-complexity B2B environments
- Experience managing large deal cycles and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and sales methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
