Director, Sales – Americas Central Region

This is a full-time leadership position for an experienced sales executive ready to shape revenue strategy and build lasting client relationships across the region.

About the Role

As Director of Sales for the Americas Central Region, you'll oversee all sales activities and account development within your territory. Your focus will be identifying and capturing high-value opportunities while building a cohesive, results-driven sales organization. You'll be accountable for revenue targets, team productivity, and establishing Rocket Software's presence among enterprise and mid-market customers throughout the central United States.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a sales team focused on acquiring new business and deepening relationships with existing accounts
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value sales opportunities aligned with company strategy
• Establish and execute regional sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth and market penetration
• Build and mentor sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage the complete sales cycle from pipeline development through contract closure and implementation
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer success
• Provide accurate forecasting and regular performance metrics to senior leadership
