What You'll Do
- Direct technical compliance programs and policies across all business units and locations
- Evaluate emerging regulatory requirements and translate them into operational procedures
- Lead cross-functional teams in conducting compliance audits and assessments
- Develop and monitor compliance metrics, reporting findings to executive leadership
- Ensure systems and processes align with federal, state, and industry compliance standards
- Establish training programs to reinforce compliance expectations across the organization
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and technology teams to close compliance gaps
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in technical compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields
- Proven track record leading compliance initiatives in a large, complex organization
- Strong knowledge of insurance, claims, or financial services regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, engineering, or related discipline
- Advanced certifications (Certified Compliance Professional, etc.) preferred
