Rocket Software is hiring a Senior Account Executive to build and expand enterprise relationships in Providence. This is a full-time, on-site sales position selling comprehensive software solutions to Fortune 1000 organizations.

About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive at Rocket Software, you'll drive revenue by selling our platform of enterprise software solutions to large, sophisticated buyers. You'll manage complex sales cycles, develop strategic relationships with C-suite executives, and bring your existing network of enterprise contacts to build our book of business.

What You'll Do

  • Execute consultative, multi-threaded selling strategies into Global 1000 companies
  • Develop and qualify new enterprise accounts through strategic prospecting and relationship-building
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and align solutions with executive stakeholder needs
  • Conduct needs analysis, present tailored software solutions, and drive deals to close
  • Manage full sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiation and implementation handoff
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Leverage existing relationships and professional network to accelerate new business development

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated success selling enterprise software or mission-critical solutions to large organizations
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of executive-level selling and complex decision-making in Global 1000 companies
  • Established relationships and network within enterprise buyer communities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially with senior executives
  • Strategic thinking and consultative approach to identifying customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deals and competing priorities
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven sales professional
