About the Role
This is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) heavy haul opportunity for an experienced open-deck operator. Key Responsibilities
- Operate double drop, removable gooseneck (RGN), and step deck trailers safely and efficiently.
- Haul oversized and open-deck freight on over-the-road routes.
- Cover roughly 1,900 to 2,700 miles each week.
- Secure, inspect, and properly tarp or chain loads to industry and DOT standards.
- Manage trip planning, on-time delivery, and accurate load documentation as a 1099 solo contractor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with open-deck and heavy haul equipment (double drop, RGN, step deck).
- Comfortable running long-haul OTR schedules and extended time on the road.
- Eligible to work as an independent 1099 contract driver.
- Strong load-securement knowledge and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Compensation
- Potential to earn up to $5,000 per week.
- Approximately $3,000 average gross weekly pay.
- $1,200 minimum guaranteed weekly pay.
- Paid at 22% of the load.
