Oracle is hiring an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Consulting Director to join Oracle N.A. Consulting in Nashville, Davidson County. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a delivery expert who can guide enterprise clients through complex Oracle Fusion implementations end to end.
About the Role
As the Order to Cash Consulting Director, you will own the successful delivery of Oracle's Order to Cash Fusion solution for clients across North America. You will translate business needs into working configurations, lead implementation teams, and ensure each engagement reaches go-live and beyond with measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle's Order to Cash Fusion suite for enterprise customers.
- Lead the deployment and configuration of core modules, including Sales Cloud, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Projects, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger.
- Guide business process design, mapping client requirements to scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Provide functional and delivery leadership to consulting teams throughout each engagement.
- Partner with stakeholders to align project outcomes with strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading Order to Cash or Oracle Fusion implementation programs.
- Deep functional knowledge across the O2C process and the associated Oracle Cloud modules listed above.
- Strong background in business process design and requirements analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead consulting teams and manage client relationships at a director level.
- Willingness to work on-site in Nashville, Davidson County.
