Oracle Health – IT Quality Assurance Tester Senior

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that is supporting a large-scale Electronic Health Record modernization program serving hundreds of facilities across the United States. Our talent team is seeking an experienced IT Quality Assurance Tester Senior to join this impactful mission.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, maintaining, and executing test scripts based on documented requirements and published acceptance criteria. Your testing focus will primarily cover System-to-System Interfaces, Interoperability, and Data Migration. You will collaborate with cross-functional workstreams, sub-contractors, and vendors to provide complete testing coverage and ensure successful site implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain functional test scripts and other test artifacts
• Execute test scripts, provide testing evidence, and evaluate testing results within implementation timelines
• Hold and facilitate test plan/script reviews with cross-functional team members
• Support all aspects of end user test execution by the customer
• Identify, report, and validate issues found during testing
• Maintain the integrity of test scripts for localized implementations across multiple environments
• Work with sustainment teams to provide validation of domain updates as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in developing and executing Healthcare IT application tests
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health's EHR suite
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous testing experience of Oracle Health's solution suite
• Experience supporting Federal EHR programs
• Knowledge of Medical Device interoperability and validation
