As an Operations Associate (Part-Time) in Miami, you'll be the backbone of day-to-day studio operations. Your work ensures that members can focus on their practice and transformation while you handle the administrative and logistical tasks that make everything possible.
What You'll Do
- Manage studio opening and closing procedures, check-in systems, and point-of-sale operations
- Deliver welcoming, attentive guest service that reflects our commitment to mindful movement
- Coordinate class schedules, member communications, and community events
- Support retail operations and inventory management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
- Assist with scheduling, booking, and administrative coordination
- Support the team in building an inclusive, thriving studio community
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic administrative technology
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach
